Dr. Lily Baronos
I am a physician and an attorney licensed in New York State. I attended a 6 year medical school program at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland (country of birth) with clinical training at The University of Manchester Medical School in Manchester, England. I finished medical school at the age of 23. After post-graduate training in England and Scotland I moved back to my home in Rochester, New York where I have lived since I was 3 years old. I completed residency in Internal Medicine prior to attending law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in Buffalo, New York. I practiced law for 8 years prior to returning to medicine. I am married with two beautiful daughters . I opened Invigor8 Med Spa in Pittsford, New York as it has been my home for over 46 years. I believe caring for patients is an enormous privilege and I welcome you to our practice which focuses on painless, non-invasive body sculpting, build muscle, burn fat -the 8 words that describe Invigor8 Med Spa.
Alicia Caiola
Alicia Caiola, LPN, was born in Riverside, California, but moved back to her roots in Rochester, NY at a young age. Growing up in an Italian family, Alicia learned the importance of close-knit family values, which she now tries to instill in her three daughters. After graduating from Aquinas Institute in 1998, Alicia initially pursued teaching at Brockport University but soon realized her true calling in nursing. Coming from a family of successful professionals, with her mother being a teacher and her father a partner in a podiatry practice, Alicia was inspired by their work ethic and desire to help others.
In 2006, Alicia obtained her LPN degree from Isabella Graham Hart School of Nursing in Rochester, NY. She immediately started working in a urology office, where she developed a special interest in the field. However, feeling the need to further enhance her clinical and leadership skills, Alicia joined Guthinger and Madeb Urology in Batavia, NY in 2011. Under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Madeb, a board-certified urologist, Alicia took on the roles of nurse manager and practice manager, allowing her to grow both as a leader and clinician. Additionally, she became an active member of SUNA (Society of Urologic Nurses Association).
During her time in urology, Alicia and her colleagues identified a group of men suffering from low testosterone symptoms who were unable to access treatment due to insurance limitations. This led Dr. Ralph Madeb to open the first concierge-style medical practice in upstate NY, offering hormone replacement therapy and weight loss services. While still working at Batavia Urology, Alicia assisted Dr. Madeb in developing essential protocols for these treatments. In 2017, Alicia decided to focus on health and wellness full-time, leading her to work at the med spa and step away from urology. During her seven years in the field, Alicia expanded the practice by introducing new service lines, highlighting her passion for aesthetics, health, and wellness. She built personal relationships with her patients and emphasized the concept of "concierge medicine," ensuring they had access to her whenever they needed assistance.
Alicia's dedication and exceptional care earned her local recognition, winning the "Best Diet in Rochester" award three times in a row, as well as the "People's Choice Award" for best diet program through the Democrat and Chronicle in 2022. She is accredited by A4M (American Academy for Anti-aging Medicine) and has received training in various treatments, including Hydrafacial MD, Trilift, Emsculpt, CoolSculpting, Inmode Evolve, Morpheus8, laser hair removal, PRP, and the Vampire Facial technique, having been trained by Dr. Runnels himself.
In December 2024, Alicia decided to embark on a new journey at Inbigor8 Medspa. This endeavor took shape with the support of Invigor8’s owner and medical director Dr. Lilly Baronos. Dr. Baronos entrusted Alicia with expanding Invigor8 Med Spa by introducing male and female hormone replacement, weight loss, anti-aging with peptide therapy, IV hydration, PRP, and vitamin injections to her existing practice which already offered body sculpting with the cutting edge Emsculpt devices. Alicia is thrilled to have partnered with Invigor8 and looks forward to continuing her journey of learning and providing exceptional care to both new and long-standing patients.
Outside of her career, Alicia is a devoted mother to her three beautiful daughters, aged 20, 16, and 13. She prioritizes being a "mommy" first and can often be found cheering on her girls at their cheerleading competitions. Additionally, Alicia is currently pursuing her RN degree and hopes to graduate in December 2025. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family. Alicia is humbled, honored, and excited to begin her new chapter at Invigor8 Med Spa, inviting everyone to experience the welcoming and warm environment of the office.
Jason Donovan
Jason Donovan, Physician Assistant, brings over 20 years of diverse medical experience to our practice. Trained at Radford University and the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jason has dedicated his career to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Specializing in performance medicine, Jason focuses on male and female sexual dysfunction, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy, tailoring personalized treatment plans for optimal results. In addition, he is highly skilled in aesthetic procedures, ensuring clients look and feel their best.

Dr. James Poss
Dr. James Poss is from Reno, Nevada and is a graduate of the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed an Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington with affiliated rotations at the University of Washington, Virginia Mason, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Poss has over 15 years of experience in head and neck surgery, with special interest in facial plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures. He is most recently interested in non-invasive techniques to beautify the skin and tone/sculpt the body with Exilis and EmSculpt.
Dr. Poss is a diplomate of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and professional member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Dr. Poss resides in East Aurora, NY with his wife and three children. He enjoys travel, running, gardening, beekeeping, and raising chickens in his free time.
