Dr. Lily Baronos
I am a physician and an attorney licensed in New York State. I attended a 6 year medical school program at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland (country of birth) with clinical training at The University of Manchester Medical School in Manchester, England. I finished medical school at the age of 23. After post-graduate training in England and Scotland I moved back to my home in Rochester, New York where I have lived since I was 3 years old. I completed residency in Internal Medicine prior to attending law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in Buffalo, New York. I practiced law for 8 years prior to returning to medicine. I am married with two beautiful daughters . I opened Invigor8 Med Spa in Pittsford, New York as it has been my home for over 46 years. Dr. James Poss
Dr. James Poss is from Reno, Nevada and is a graduate of the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed an Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington with affiliated rotations at the University of Washington, Virginia Mason, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Poss has over 15 years of experience in head and neck surgery, with special interest in facial plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures. He is most recently interested in non-invasive techniques to beautify the skin and tone/sculpt the body with Exilis and EmSculpt.
Dr. Poss is a diplomate of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and professional member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Dr. Poss resides in East Aurora, NY with his wife and three children. He enjoys travel, running, gardening, beekeeping, and raising chickens in his free time.

Jason Donovan, Physician Assistant, brings over 20 years of diverse medical experience to our practice. Trained at Radford University and the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jason has dedicated his career to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Specializing in performance medicine, Jason focuses on male and female sexual dysfunction, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy, tailoring personalized treatment plans for optimal results.
